The Aerial hammock is a wonderfully versatile apparatus for yoga, providing a gravity-defying modality to challenge and relax. Enjoy inversions like you’ve never experienced in a traditional yoga class. Savasana, enveloped by the hammock, is a dream. Currently offering only in Santa Ynez Valley. Will travel to you for an additional fee.
